What This Skill Does
Verifies factual answers by searching the web before responding. It retrieves results from up to 5 sources, checks that at least one explicitly supports the claim, and returns the answer with source URLs. If sources disagree or none are found, it reports uncertainty instead of guessing.
Grounds answers in live web sources rather than relying on the model's potentially outdated training data.
When to use it
- Checking if a news headline is accurate before sharing
- Verifying a statistic for a report or presentation
- Confirming historical dates or event details
- Fact-checking a claim made in conversation
- Validating product specs or pricing before a purchase
