What This Skill Does

Automates client onboarding from a single message. Creates folder structures, generates a project brief, sends a welcome email, schedules a kickoff meeting, sets up a task board, and maintains a client registry. Supports Google Drive, Dropbox, or local filesystem for storage, and connects to most common task managers and calendars.

Replaces 30 minutes of manual work spread across email, calendar, file storage, and task management with a single message.

When to use it

  • Onboarding a new freelance client in one command
  • Auto-generating project folders and brief from intake details
  • Scheduling a kickoff meeting and sending a welcome email together
  • Checking status across all active client projects at a glance
  • Running project closure with archiving and follow-up reminders

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: New client: Acme Corp, contact Sarah at sarah@acme.com, project: website redesign, budget: $15k, deadline: March 30

AGENT
  1. 1Extracts client details and creates a folder hierarchy in Google Drive or local filesystem
  2. 2Generates a project brief with description, objectives, deliverables, and estimated timeline
  3. 3Composes a welcome email and sends it or outputs it for manual sending
  4. 4Creates a kickoff meeting on Google Calendar with a structured agenda
  5. 5Sets up milestone tasks in the configured task manager with due dates and adds the client to the registry
OUTPUT

Onboarding complete: project folder created, brief saved, welcome email sent to sarah@acme.com, kickoff meeting scheduled for March 17, and 8 tasks created in Todoist tied to the March 30 deadline.
