Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
What This Skill Does
Lets agents interact with Kanboard project management via its JSON-RPC 2.0 API. Covers tasks, projects, boards, columns, swimlanes, comments, subtasks, users, and tags. Supports both application-level API tokens and user-level credentials.
Covers the full Kanboard API surface in one skill, so agents can manage boards, tasks, users, and permissions without custom API clients.
When to use it
- Creating tasks and moving them through workflow stages
- Setting up new projects with custom columns and swimlanes
- Bulk closing tasks tagged as complete
- Adding subtasks and comments to existing tasks
- Managing project members and their permission roles
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Create a new project called 'Sprint 1' with Backlog, In Progress, Review, and Done columns
- 1Calls createProject with name 'Sprint 1' and captures the returned project ID
- 2Adds four columns: Backlog, In Progress with task limit 3, Review, and Done
- 3Calls getBoard to retrieve the full board structure
- 4Returns a summary of the created columns and their IDs
Project 'Sprint 1' created with four columns, ready to receive tasks
