What This Skill Does
Drafts real estate appraisal reports from your existing project workfile and master template. Outputs a Word document with every data substitution shown as a tracked change and an Excel adjustment grid with your formulas intact. You accept or reject each change before the report is finalized.
Unlike paste-and-edit workflows, every substitution appears as a tracked change so nothing is silently overwritten and the appraiser retains full control of professional judgments.
When to use it
- Drafting a narrative report for an eminent domain assignment
- Populating an Excel adjustment grid with comparable sales data
- Running a USPAP consistency check on a new appraisal draft
- Creating a reusable template pack from a completed land appraisal
- Reviewing field-by-field substitutions before submitting a lending report
Example Workflow

- 1Reads project folder structure: subject docs, comparables, exhibits, and master template
- 2Extracts structured data from each document
- 3Prompts user to review extracted data and fill any missing fields
- 4Drafts Word narrative with all substitutions shown as tracked changes (strikethrough old, underline new)
- 5Fills subject and comparable data into the Excel adjustment grid while preserving formulas
