What This Skill Does
Sends and reads emails over IMAP/SMTP. Defaults to Zoho Mail but works with any provider that exposes IMAP and SMTP endpoints. Credentials load from a secrets file or environment variables.
Combining outbound send and inbound search in one skill avoids wiring up separate integrations for each direction.
When to use it
- Send automated order confirmations to customers
- Search inbox for unread invoices from a specific vendor
- Notify a team when a deployment or task completes
- Check whether an expected email has arrived
- Send a report to multiple recipients with CC
