What This Skill Does

A recipe consulting tool structured around three engines: a 17-section restaurant-grade chef engine, a molecular gastronomy engine with rheology and hydrocolloid specs, and a flavor balance analyzer using the MacYuFBI framework. Queries are sent to an external API at api.neurodoc.app for processing. Responses are returned in Greek regardless of the input language.

Returns food cost, allergen matrix, nutritional data, wine pairing, and plating instructions in one structured response instead of requiring separate tools for each.

When to use it

  • Planning a restaurant menu dish with food cost and engineering classification
  • Checking HACCP compliance steps during kitchen prep
  • Scaling a recipe to large batch quantities
  • Analyzing flavor balance of a dish across 8 flavor dimensions
  • Designing a molecular gastronomy component with hydrocolloid ratios and phase diagrams

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Give me a full recipe analysis for duck confit

AGENT
  1. 1Informs user that the query will be sent to api.neurodoc.app for processing
  2. 2Constructs Chef Omega V3 flow payload with the user's query
  3. 3Sends POST request to api.neurodoc.app/aetherlang/execute
  4. 4Receives structured Greek markdown response with all 17 mandatory sections
  5. 5Presents output covering food cost, HACCP steps, thermal curve, allergen matrix, wine pairing, and kitchen timeline
OUTPUT

17-section Greek-language analysis including ingredient cost table, HACCP execution steps, thermal curve, EU allergen list, ×2/×4/×10 scaling formulas, wine pairing with ABV and tannin data, and a T-60 to T-0 kitchen countdown
