v2.0.0: Added YAML frontmatter, operator note, privacy policy metadata

What This Skill Does

Sends business strategy queries to an external API (api.neurodoc.app) and returns structured analysis reports. Covers game theory, Monte Carlo simulations, market sizing, competitive war-gaming, and phased implementation roadmaps. Responses are primarily in Greek, with English query support.

Combines Nash Equilibrium analysis, 10,000-run Monte Carlo simulations, Wardley Maps, and Porter's 5 Forces in a single API call rather than running each framework separately.

When to use it

  • Sizing a new market with TAM/SAM/SOM estimates before a pitch
  • Running competitive war-gaming scenarios ahead of a pricing change
  • Building a 180-day roadmap for a product pivot with limited budget
  • Calculating break-even and ROI projections for a SaaS launch
  • Mapping system constraints and bottlenecks using Theory of Constraints

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Strategy for launching an AI OCR platform in Greece with a €1000 budget

AGENT
  1. 1Send query to APEX Strategy V3 engine via api.neurodoc.app
  2. 2Engine runs game theory and Monte Carlo simulations against the scenario
  3. 3Engine generates strategic options with complexity scores, ROI%, and investment figures
  4. 4Engine produces a phased roadmap (0-30d, 30-90d, 90-180d) and risk matrix
  5. 5Returns full structured report with unit economics and three actions for today
OUTPUT

4000-8000 character Greek-language report covering executive summary, strategic alternatives, probability distributions, financial projections, and OKRs
