Version History
Added expedited/second-day/priority shipping alerts via check-shipping.js
What This Skill Does
Monitors ShipStation for new orders, processing delays, and fulfillment issues. Runs checks on a schedule or manually, tracks state to avoid duplicate alerts, and surfaces problems like stuck orders, holds, and expedited shipments needing immediate attention.
Aggregates order monitoring across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok, and other marketplaces through a single ShipStation API call instead of checking each platform separately.
When to use it
- Getting alerted when an expedited order comes in after hours
- Catching orders stuck in processing for over 48 hours
- Flagging payment holds before they cause shipping delays
- Running a daily summary of order activity across marketplaces
- Integrating order status checks into an automated agent heartbeat
