Setup & Installation
Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
Version History

What This Skill Does
A JSON-backed CLI tool for tracking collaborative action items across a team or community. Supports creating tasks with owner and priority metadata, checking current status, and marking items complete. State persists in a local tasks.json file between runs.
Keeps shared task state in a plain JSON file that any script or person can read without a database or third-party project management tool.
When to use it
- Logging a task for a teammate during a async handoff
- Checking what the legal team has open before a meeting
- Marking a review task done after merging a PR
- Adding a high-priority note for ops during an incident
- Inspecting another repo's task queue by pointing at its workspace
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: add a high-priority task for legal to review the new policy, then check what's pending
- 1Run add command with title 'Review new policy', owner legal, priority high
- 2Confirm task is written to data/tasks.json with a new incremented id
- 3Run list command to print all open and in-progress tasks grouped by status
- 4Display the current queue to the user
New task registered with id and timestamp; full task queue printed showing owner, priority, and status for each item
