nori-health 1.0.6 - No file changes detected in this release.
What This Skill Does
Connects your AI agent to Nori, a personal health coach that reads data from wearables, meals, workouts, and lab results. You ask health questions in plain language and get responses based on your actual data. Not for medical diagnosis or emergencies.
Instead of opening a separate app, you can query and log health data directly inside your agent workflow without switching context.
When to use it
- Checking sleep quality trends over the past week
- Logging a meal or workout mid-conversation
- Reviewing HRV patterns after a hard training block
- Getting protein intake recommendations for the day
- Comparing recovery metrics across rest days vs active days
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: How did my sleep compare on days I worked out this week vs days I didn't?
- 1Receive user message verbatim
- 2Send message to Nori via POST /api/v1/openclaw/chat with Bearer token
- 3Check HTTP response code for errors
- 4Extract .reply field from successful 200 response
- 5Return Nori's reply as plain text without reformatting
Nori's analysis comparing sleep duration and quality metrics between workout days and rest days, drawn from the user's wearable data
