What This Skill Does
A B2B sales pipeline manager built on the Alibaba Iron Army methodology. Tracks leads across 8 pipeline stages, scores them 0-100, and generates daily briefings and weekly sprint plans. All data stored in local markdown files, no external services required.
Instead of a generic CRM that stores contacts, this encodes a specific sales cadence so the agent tells you exactly who to contact, in what order, and how to approach them based on their personality type.
When to use it
- Getting a prioritized call list each morning before 9am
- Diagnosing why a deal has gone quiet and finding the right script
- Planning which leads to push to close versus drop during harvest week
- Logging a call and immediately seeing updated lead temperature
- Identifying deals at risk of going cold before the weekend
