What This Skill Does

Orchestrates a single controlled run of a Codex implementation plan, enforcing preflight validation before execution begins. Executes plan steps in order, tracks progress in a verification matrix, and runs a mandatory QA defect loop before marking the run complete. Scope is locked at start and out-of-scope additions are rejected.

Combines preflight gating, ordered execution, and QA enforcement in one run so implementations can't proceed past failed checks or drift into unplanned scope.

When to use it

  • Running an approved presale implementation plan end-to-end without interruption
  • Blocking execution until readiness checklist and review gates pass
  • Tracking per-step verification status in a shared plan matrix
  • Enforcing scope lock during a time-boxed client deliverable sprint
  • Producing a reproducible audit trail of changes, risks, and open questions after delivery

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Execute the approved presale plan for the authentication module

AGENT
  1. 1Validate mandatory docs and configs from project-context
  2. 2Confirm readiness checklist decision is YES and no open review comments remain
  3. 3Execute plan steps in order, updating the verification matrix and mid-summary after each step
  4. 4Run the QA defect loop per references/qa-defect-loop.md, cycling until defects are resolved
  5. 5Produce final summaries, list of changed files, reproducible check commands, and documented risks and open questions
OUTPUT

Completed implementation with a fully populated verification matrix, reproducible check commands, and a risk/debt register
