What This Skill Does
A technical recruitment workflow for the Shenzhen market. Screens resumes with a 0-100 scoring rubric, evaluates AI tool proficiency as a required competency, and benchmarks candidate salary expectations against Boss Zhipin 2026 market data.
Combines resume scoring, mandatory AI proficiency checks, and Shenzhen-specific salary benchmarking in one workflow rather than requiring separate tools for each step.
When to use it
- Screening a batch of resumes before an interview round
- Benchmarking a candidate's salary ask against Shenzhen market rates
- Generating interview questions focused on a candidate's identified weaknesses
- Checking whether a senior engineer demonstrates architectural impact
- Evaluating active use of AI tools like Cursor or Copilot in a candidate's workflow
