Version History

v1.1.1Mar 15, 2026 - Version note by skill developer:

- Migrated skill files from the "New folder" directory to "openclaw-skill-transfer" with updated metadata and documentation structure. - Updated documentation to clarify that the previewed payment output now includes "recipient_receives" (recipient net amount) instead of "total charge." - Added a new section referencing the Transaction Protocol and onboarding scripts for non-Ra Pay users at the top of the documentation. - Improved payment preview instructions by specifying "Amount charged" and "Recipient receives" in fee breakdowns. - No changes to core functionality; documentation clarity and file organization improvements only.

What This Skill Does

Ra Pay is a CLI tool for sending compliant fiat USD business payments through Stripe's infrastructure. It enforces a two-step confirmation flow and compliance screening on every transaction. Payments require a valid business purpose and a registered Stripe-connected recipient.

It handles Stripe compliance screening and fee previews natively in the CLI, removing the need to build custom payment flows or open a browser dashboard for routine business transfers.

When to use it

  • Paying a freelancer for completed invoice work
  • Sending consulting fees to a contractor
  • Paying for API services rendered
  • Settling a vendor bill for design assets
  • Checking outgoing payment history for accounting

  3. 3Ask the user to explicitly confirm before proceeding
  4. 4On confirmation, run the same command with `--confirm` flag to execute the payment
