What This Skill Does
Orchestrates VPN tunnel switching, geo/IP verification, and DNS safety checks when a workflow hits a geo or IP block. Detects the block type, switches to a configured tunnel path (provider CLI, WireGuard, or Tailscale), verifies the connection, and retries the blocked task. Returns an auditable report covering block diagnosis, tunnel status, DNS leak risk, and task resumption outcome.
Combines block classification, tunnel activation, geo-attestation, DNS leak checks, and bounded task retry into one auditable workflow instead of running each step manually.
When to use it
- Unblocking a geo-restricted API endpoint during integration testing
- Resuming a data collection job blocked by IP policy after region switch
- Diagnosing whether a 403 response is a geo-block or an auth failure
- Verifying DNS leak risk after switching VPN providers
- Confirming target country alignment before running region-sensitive automation
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: api.example.com returns 403, switch to a US exit node and retry my price-fetching job
- 1Sends baseline request to api.example.com and classifies block as geo_block from HTTP evidence
- 2Captures pre-switch public IP, country, and resolver context
- 3Activates selected tunnel path after confirming user authorization and legal acknowledgment
- 4Verifies post-switch IP, country alignment via IPinfo, and DNS leak risk level
- 5Retries blocked endpoint and resumes price-fetching job on successful retest, or returns full evidence bundle if still blocked
Connection report with block diagnosis, pre/post IP comparison, DNS safety rating, and task resumption confirmation or manual-decision path
