What This Skill Does
Automates grocery pickup orders on QFC (qfc.com) by reading unchecked items from a grocery list, adding them to the cart, and scheduling a pickup slot. Uses a connected Chrome tab where the user is already logged in. Handles out-of-stock products by trying multiple search term variations and reports what was skipped.
Tries up to three search variations per item and detects out-of-stock products automatically, reducing the back-and-forth of a typical online grocery session.
When to use it
- Weekly grocery pickup placed without manual browsing
- Converting a grocery list into a QFC cart in one step
- Auto-retrying out-of-stock items with generic search terms
- Adjusting item quantities automatically during cart fill
- Reviewing cart totals and skipped items before confirming pickup
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Place my QFC order
- 1Verifies the Chrome tab is connected and attached to qfc.com
- 2Reads unchecked items from the grocery-list skill and confirms the list with the user
- 3Searches each item by name and unit, scrolls results twice to load all products
- 4Clicks Add for the best matching in-stock product and adjusts quantity with + clicks as needed
- 5Opens cart, extracts item names, quantities, and prices, then prompts user to confirm and schedule a pickup slot
Cart summary with added items, quantities, prices, total cost, list of skipped items, and pickup slot confirmation
