Rebranding: Better name to describe available seat monitoring. Functionality unchanged.
What This Skill Does
Monitors TestFlight beta slots across multiple apps and alerts only when slots open up. Resolves cryptic TestFlight codes to human-readable app names using a community-maintained lookup table of 800+ apps. Tracks state between checks so you only get notified on transitions from full to available.
Unlike manually refreshing TestFlight pages, this tool runs silently on a schedule and only interrupts you when a slot actually opens.
When to use it
- Waiting for a spot in a full iOS beta you want to test
- Monitoring several TestFlight betas at once without manual checking
- Getting notified the moment a coveted beta slot opens
- Looking up which app a TestFlight invite code belongs to
- Running hourly background checks without notification spam
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: watch these three TestFlight betas and tell me when any open up
- 1Add each TestFlight URL to the monitoring list with testflight-monitor.sh add
- 2Run testflight-monitor.sh list to confirm all three URLs are tracked
- 3Schedule an hourly cron job using openclaw cron add with NO_REPLY on silent output
- 4On next batch run, detect a full-to-available transition for one app
- 5Announce the opening with the app name and join URL
