npx clawhub install jpj-memory-manager

What This Skill Does

Captures infrastructure and project changes at the end of a session and writes them to structured memory files. Filters out noise like debugging steps and minor tweaks, keeping only durable facts across daily logs, MEMORY.md, TOOLS.md, and PROJECTS.md. Designed to run once per session when meaningful changes occurred.

Replaces ad-hoc note-taking with a consistent, filtered write to the right file without cluttering memory with transient details.

When to use it

  • Logging a new server deployment after a late-night infrastructure change
  • Recording a new API key added during a third-party integration setup
  • Tracking a cron job schedule change across projects
  • Documenting a project status change from prototype to production
  • Preserving an architectural decision made during a refactor session

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: 'We just deployed the new billing service to prod and added a Stripe webhook — save this session'

AGENT
  1. 1Scan session for infrastructure and project keywords
  2. 2Identify: new service deployment, new credential, project status change
  3. 3Write timestamped entry to memory/2026-03-14.md with what changed and impact
  4. 4Update TOOLS.md with the new Stripe webhook credential
  5. 5Update PROJECTS.md to reflect billing service now in production
OUTPUT

Three files updated: daily log with deployment summary, TOOLS.md with Stripe webhook, PROJECTS.md with updated project status
