What This Skill Does
Enables AI agents to make outbound calls, receive inbound calls, send SMS messages, and manage recordings or transcriptions via Twilio. Supports text-to-speech with multiple voices, IVR menus, call forwarding, and voicemail. An optional ElevenLabs integration adds custom voice cloning.
Agents can handle the full phone call lifecycle — outbound, inbound, IVR, recording, and transcription — without any manual dialing or human handoff.
When to use it
- Sending automated appointment reminder calls to a list of clients
- Broadcasting emergency alerts to an on-call rotation
- Routing inbound leads through a voice IVR menu
- Transcribing voicemail recordings and forwarding them as text
- Delivering voice-based two-factor authentication codes
