What This Skill Does
FreelancePilot adds bid calculation and proposal drafting logic to an OpenClaw agent for freelance platform work. It computes bid prices accounting for platform fees and taxes, and generates proposals using a client-ROI framing technique called the Consultant Flip.
Combining fee-aware pricing and proposal structure in one agent step removes the manual math and blank-page problem that slow down bidding.
When to use it
- Calculating a bid for a 40-hour web dev project on Upwork
- Drafting a proposal from a Fiverr job description
- Estimating how platform fees affect a quoted rate
- Structuring a proposal around client outcomes instead of deliverables
- Checking whether a bid covers taxes before submitting
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Draft a proposal for this job post and tell me what to bid.
- 1Run freelance_calculate_bid with the user's base rate and estimated hours
- 2Apply difficulty multiplier and add Fee Shield buffer to output a final bid price
- 3Run freelance_draft_proposal with the job description
- 4Frame the proposal around client ROI using the Consultant Flip framework
- 5Return the bid price and the full proposal text
A calculated bid price covering platform fees and taxes, plus a ready-to-submit proposal focused on client outcomes.
