What This Skill Does
Automates the buyback and burn cycle for Pump.fun token creators. Collects trading fees in SOL from bonding curve and AMM pools, uses those fees to repurchase tokens, then burns them by sending to Solana's incinerator address. Runs on a configurable schedule via cron.
Handles the full fee collection, swap, and burn pipeline in one scheduled job rather than requiring manual execution of each step.
When to use it
- Scheduling automatic token burns every few hours
- Collecting creator fees from a graduated Pump.fun token
- Burning a custom percentage of collected SOL proceeds
- Manually triggering a one-off burn of tokens already in wallet
- Monitoring buyback transactions and reporting results in chat
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Set up an automated buyback and burn for my Pump.fun token every 4 hours
- 1Collects PUMP_FUN_TOKEN_ADDRESS, CREATOR_WALLET_PRIVATE_KEY, JUPITER_API_KEY, BURN_PERCENTAGE, and MIN_FEE_TO_BURN from the user and writes them to .env
- 2Registers the token address with the openburn.fun API via POST /api/burn/register
- 3Schedules a cron job named openburn-job with a 4-hour interval (14400000ms)
- 4Reports the scheduled job to POST /api/burn/schedule
- 5On each trigger, runs burn.ts and reports the tokensBurnedFloat value back to the user
Cron job confirmed, token registered, and first burn executed — 142.5 tokens burned, transaction signature: 5Kj...abc
