Version History
- Updated description and documentation to emphasize agent compatibility and AI-driven scheduling. - Clarified that the skill coordinates meetings for both humans and their agents. - Standardized terminology (e.g., "Schedule a Meeting" heading, consistent reference to Doodle alternative). - No changes to core workflow or functionality; documentation improvements only.
What This Skill Does
Automates group scheduling by creating a poll on meetlark.ai, collecting availability votes from participants, and identifying the best time slot. Handles the full cycle from poll creation to closing.
Unlike Doodle or manual back-and-forth, both humans and AI agents can participate in the poll, making it usable in fully automated scheduling workflows.
When to use it
- Finding a time for a weekly team standup
- Scheduling a client demo across time zones
- Coordinating a one-off project kickoff
- Setting up a recurring retro without email chains
- Polling a small group for a quick sync

- 3Provide the participate URL and suggest a ready-to-send message for the user to forward
- 4Check poll results via GET when the user asks for an update
- 5Close the poll and report the winning time slot
