What This Skill Does

Fetches price, liquidity, and volume data for one or more Solana tokens via a hosted endpoint backed by Jupiter. Accepts symbols, names, or mint addresses as input. Returns a structured JSON object with null-safe fields for downstream agent or bot consumption.

Returns a stable JSON contract with predictable null fields and explicit warnings/errors, so downstream agents can parse results without handling variable prose or fragile scraping.

When to use it

  • Checking the current USD price of SOL or JUP
  • Comparing 24h trading volume across multiple tokens in one call
  • Looking up token metadata by mint address
  • Monitoring buy and sell volume ratios over 5-minute intervals
  • Getting liquidity and FDV data for a newly launched token

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: What is the current price and 24h change for SOL and JUP?

AGENT
  1. 1Identify token queries: SOL, JUP
  2. 2Fetch https://app.vecstack.com/api/skills/market-snapshot?q=SOL,JUP&source=openclaw using web_fetch with extractMode=text
  3. 3Parse the returned JSON body
  4. 4Extract usd_price and price_change_24h_pct for each token entry
  5. 5Set as_of_unix to current Unix timestamp and return the complete JSON object
OUTPUT

JSON object with a tokens array containing price, 24h change, liquidity, and volume stats for SOL and JUP
