What This Skill Does
Automates posting to X (Twitter) using browser control instead of the X API. Scrapes trending topics, generates tweet ideas via AI, and posts through an approval queue workflow. No API subscription required.
Avoids the $200/month X API Basic tier by driving a real browser session instead, making read-and-post workflows free.
When to use it
- Scheduling daily tweets around crypto and Web3 trends
- Reviewing AI-generated tweet drafts before they go live
- Scraping trending topics to inform content planning
- Setting up a recurring cron job for hands-off tweet queuing
- Posting a single tweet directly without touching the X website
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Check X trends and generate 3 tweet ideas
- 1Navigate to X.com/explore and open the For You tab
- 2Extract trending topics and save them to latest-trends.json
- 3Generate 3 tweet ideas based on extracted trends
- 4Send drafts to the user for approval
- 5Post approved tweets with human-like delays between each
3 tweets posted to the user's X account, spaced naturally throughout the session
