What This Skill Does
Responds to user greetings with a time-appropriate message based on the current system time. Detects common greeting phrases like 'hello', 'hi', 'good morning', and session-start greetings. Each response ends with a short offer to assist.
Adapts the greeting to the actual time of day rather than returning a static message regardless of context.
When to use it
- Starting a new chat session with a hello
- Asking an agent good morning at the start of a workday
