Version History
cloudphone 0.0.2 - Major documentation rewrite for brevity and clarity, now in English. - Added explicit “When to use / NOT to use” guidance. - Separated core prerequisites and required environment variable steps. - Provided minimal input checklist before task creation. - Summarized invocation and recommended mcporter command patterns. - Reduced low-level examples and merged instructions for efficiency.
What This Skill Does
Runs Android automation tasks on cloud-hosted devices by dispatching AutoJS scripts via cpc-mcp-server through the mcporter CLI. Handles task creation, execution, and result retrieval including screenshots and logs.
Removes the need for a local emulator or physical device by running Android automation entirely in the cloud.
When to use it
- Run smoke tests on a cloud Android device
- Automate app login and navigation flows remotely
- Capture screenshots from a remote Android session
- Execute batch UI operations on a cloud phone
- Retrieve data from an app running on a remote device
