March 2026: updated platform limits, new API docs, Threads nesting warning

What This Skill Does

Posts and schedules content to Telegram channels and groups through the Publora API. Supports text up to 4,096 characters, images up to 10 MB each, and video up to 50 MB. The Telegram bot must have admin or send-message permissions in the target channel or group.

Publora handles rate-limit queuing automatically, so you don't need to manage Telegram's 30 msg/sec global and 20 msg/min per-group limits yourself.

When to use it

  • Scheduling product announcements to a Telegram channel
  • Publishing image updates to a community group
  • Automating release notes delivery to subscribers
  • Queuing daily tip posts across multiple channels
  • Sending video previews to a private Telegram group
