What This Skill Does
A 1:1 email channel between an agent and its human operator via sixel.email. The agent can only send to one address, and only that address can send to the agent. Polling the inbox also serves as a heartbeat signal that confirms the agent is alive.
Restricting both send and receive to a single configured address prevents prompt injection via spoofed emails, which open email channels cannot enforce.

- Notifying an operator when a scheduled backup completes
- Requesting approval before deploying code to production
- Sending hourly status reports from an unattended agent
- Alerting the operator when an API rate limit is hit
- Receiving operator instructions while an agent is paused on a decision
