What This Skill Does
Guides a structured interview to produce a COMMS.md — a personal document capturing communication style, channel preferences, availability rhythms, and async writing habits. The output is designed to be read by both humans and AI agents before initiating contact.
A structured, version-controlled file that agents can parse directly is more reliable than verbal preferences that get forgotten or inconsistently applied.
