What This Skill Does
Manages an LNbits Lightning Network wallet through a CLI script. Supports checking balance, generating Bolt11 invoices to receive funds, and paying invoices with a mandatory confirmation step before execution.
Handles the decode-verify-confirm sequence automatically before any payment, reducing the chance of sending funds to the wrong destination or amount.

- Checking current Lightning wallet balance in satoshis
- Generating an invoice to receive a Bitcoin payment from another wallet
- Paying a Bolt11 invoice after verifying the amount and memo
