What This Skill Does
Sends SMS text messages via the TelTel API (api.teltel.io). Supports single messages and bulk sends to multiple recipients. An optional callback URL can be included for delivery status reports.
Handles both single and bulk SMS in one skill with no third-party SDK dependency, calling TelTel's REST API directly.
