What This Skill Does
Provides external scaffolding for executive function challenges common in ADHD. Covers daily planning, task breakdown, time management, body doubling, dopamine regulation, and emotional support. Learns and adapts to user preferences and energy patterns over time.
Combines task scaffolding, time blindness recovery, dopamine menu building, and shame-aware emotional support in one assistant rather than requiring separate productivity apps and mental health resources.
When to use it
- Breaking a large project into micro-steps when paralyzed
- Planning the day with realistic time blocks and buffers
- Running a virtual body doubling session to start a task
- Recovering and replanning after losing track of time mid-day
- Doing an end-of-day review to capture open loops and set tomorrow's priorities
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: I have a big report due tomorrow and I can't get started
- 1Validates the feeling and frames procrastination as a sign the task feels too large or undefined
- 2Asks about deadline, available energy, and any blockers
- 3Breaks the report into micro-steps starting with 'open the document'
- 4Highlights the single next action to take immediately
- 5Offers a 25-minute body doubling session to build initial momentum
Numbered checklist of concrete steps with time estimates, a highlighted first action, and an optional body doubling check-in schedule
