What This Skill Does
Converts meeting transcripts (VTT, SRT, or plain text) into action items, decisions, follow-up email drafts, and ticket drafts using multi-pass LLM extraction. Does not do audio transcription or plain summarization. Outputs a structured Markdown report ready to share or act on.
Most transcript tools summarize what was said; this skill produces ready-to-use outputs like email drafts and ticket stubs that participants can act on immediately.
When to use it
- Turning a Zoom transcript into a table of assigned action items
- Drafting follow-up emails after a client kickoff call
- Generating ticket drafts from an engineering sprint planning session
- Identifying open questions left unresolved in a product review meeting
- Building a decision log from recurring team standups
