What This Skill Does

fizzy-cli is a command-line interface for the Fizzy kanban platform. It covers authentication and full CRUD operations on boards, cards, comments, tags, columns, users, and notifications. Output can be formatted as tables, JSON, or plain text for scripting.

It exposes all Fizzy board operations to shell scripts and automation pipelines where a browser-based UI is not practical.

When to use it

  • Creating kanban cards without opening a browser
  • Scripting nightly triage of unread notifications
  • Moving cards between columns as part of a CI pipeline
  • Batch-creating boards and columns during project setup
  • Querying card lists and piping output to other shell tools

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: create a card titled 'Fix login bug' on board 42 and move it to triage

AGENT
  1. 1Run `fizzy-cli auth status` to confirm the session is valid
  2. 2Run `fizzy-cli column list --board-id 42` to retrieve available column IDs
  3. 3Run `fizzy-cli card create --board-id 42 --title 'Fix login bug'` to create the card
  4. 4Run `fizzy-cli card triage <card-number> --column-id <column-id>` to assign it to the triage column
OUTPUT

Card created and placed in the triage column on board 42
