What This Skill Does
Coordinates a group of search agents by decomposing a query into parallel sub-tasks and routing each to the most appropriate agent. Always invokes a General_Search_Agent and optionally adds specialized agents based on the nature of the query. Supports up to 8 concurrent sub-tasks.
Parallel sub-task assignment across multiple specialized agents returns broader, more varied results than a single sequential search.
When to use it
- Researching a topic across web, news, and academic sources at once
- Answering multi-part questions that span different knowledge domains
- Gathering current events alongside background reference material
- Comparing technical documentation with community-sourced examples
- Aggregating results from specialized agents into a single response
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: What are the latest breakthroughs in CRISPR gene editing and what does recent research say?
- 1Break query into sub-tasks: general web search, recent news, academic literature
- 2Assign General_Search_Agent to broad web search on CRISPR
- 3Assign a news agent to recent CRISPR developments
- 4Assign Academic_Search_Agent to peer-reviewed papers (no date constraints present)
- 5Collect and merge results from all agents into a unified answer
Consolidated summary covering current web coverage, recent news, and relevant academic research on CRISPR
