Setup & Installation
Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
Version History
- Renamed the skill to "kiro-x-hot-publisher". - Added `scripts/install_and_init.py` for improved setup and initialization. - Removed `README.md`. - Updated documentation: improved quick start instructions, now referencing the new script. - Minor metadata and naming updates.
What This Skill Does
Pulls trending tweets from X using the API, enriches each candidate via FxTwitter for full text and article data, scores and ranks by engagement and freshness, then generates exactly one tweet draft. Publishing to X via OAuth 1.0a is optional and triggered with a flag.
Combines trending discovery, enrichment, scoring, and publishing into one pipeline instead of requiring separate tools for each step.
When to use it
- Drafting tweets based on real-time trending AI topics
- Auto-posting trend-aware content on a cron schedule
- Summarizing daily X signals into a plain-text briefing
- Monitoring trending competitor or keyword mentions in bulk
- Building a content pipeline from top-performing public tweets
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: find trending AI tweets and draft a post
- 1Search X for tweets matching queries such as 'AI,OpenAI,Claude' with a batch size of 10
- 2Enrich each candidate via FxTwitter to retrieve full text and linked article content
- 3Score and rank all candidates by engagement metrics and recency
- 4Summarize key signals from the top-ranked tweets
- 5Generate one tweet draft and write structured output to ./outputs/x-hot/
latest.txt containing a plain-text briefing and a single ready-to-post tweet draft; latest.json with the full structured result
