What This Skill Does
Structures personality calibration work into a repeatable workflow with defined inputs, checkpoints, and quality gates. Accepts goals, constraints, and artifacts, then produces ranked findings, action plans, and risk mitigations. Outputs are implementation-ready, not advisory.
Enforces evidence-backed claims and explicit tradeoffs at each step, reducing the drift that comes from informal persona tuning.
When to use it
- Converting rough tone notes into a structured persona plan
- Defining measurable success criteria for assistant voice changes
- Running risk-first sequencing before deploying a new persona
- Documenting persona assumptions and tradeoffs for team review
- Validating personality boundaries against quality gates before launch
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Turn my messy notes on audience tone into a production-ready persona plan with risk checks
- 1Defines success and failure criteria in measurable terms from the provided notes
- 2Builds a minimal execution path covering only what is needed to reach the goal
- 3Executes in checkpoints and records evidence at each stage
- 4Applies quality gates: checks for unsupported claims, missing owners, and missing fallbacks
- 5Returns a situation summary, ranked findings, a today/this-week action plan, and an exact checklist
A structured persona calibration plan with ranked findings, an action sequence, identified risks with mitigations, and a fallback path if the primary approach fails
