Version History

v3.0.0Mar 4, 2026 - Version note by skill developer:

**Major update with scoring improvements and new audit resources:** - Added sample audit templates and example references to guide users ([audit-example.md], [audit-templates.md]). - Expanded tags and compatibility metadata for broader marketplace and integration support. - Clarified and slightly expanded the audit instructions, especially for content quality and audit output options. - Added an explicit allowed-tools field (“WebFetch”) and outlined optional integration support. - Updated version to 3.0.0 to reflect substantial skill enhancements.

What This Skill Does

Audits on-page SEO elements for a given URL or HTML content, scoring each factor and listing specific issues. Covers title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, keyword usage, internal links, image optimization, and basic technical factors. Does not check server speed, crawlability, or full E-E-A-T scoring.

Covers all major on-page factors in one structured pass with scored sections and specific fix suggestions, avoiding the need to run separate tools for each element.

When to use it

  • Checking a blog post's title and meta description before publishing
  • Diagnosing why a product page isn't appearing in search results
  • Comparing your landing page's on-page SEO against a competitor's page
  • Building a repeatable pre-publish SEO checklist for a content team
  • Finding keyword placement gaps across an existing article
