What This Skill Does
Queries the DataFast API to retrieve website analytics including visitor counts, time series, realtime data, geographic and device breakdowns, and individual visitor details. Also handles goal and payment record creation and deletion. Responses are formatted as tables with a short narrative summary.
Lets you query and manage DataFast analytics in plain language without opening the dashboard or writing API calls manually.
When to use it
- Checking yesterday's visitor and session counts
- Pulling a weekly time series of traffic by referrer
- Viewing real-time active visitors during a product launch
- Creating a conversion goal after a user completes checkout
- Deleting test payment records from a specific date range
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

- 1Read API key from ~/.config/datafast/api_key
- 2Query GET /analytics/timeseries with fields=visitors, interval=day, and a 7-day date range
- 3Query GET /analytics/referrers with the same date range
- 4Merge results into a table with daily totals and top referrer sources
- 5Write a short narrative with total visitors and the leading referrer
