What This Skill Does
Submits natural language research questions to Clarity Protocol's analysis engine and returns AI-generated answers grounded in aggregated biomedical data. Draws from seven sources: AlphaFold structural predictions, ClinVar, gnomAD, PubMed, Open Targets, agent findings, and annotations. Limited to protein and mutation research topics.
Instead of querying ClinVar, gnomAD, PubMed, and AlphaFold separately, a single question retrieves an answer synthesized across all seven sources at once.
When to use it
- Checking the clinical significance of a specific protein variant
- Querying how a mutation affects protein stability
- Retrieving PubMed literature on a disease-gene association
- Looking up gnomAD allele frequency for a variant
- Reviewing AlphaFold structural predictions for a mutation
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: What is the clinical significance of SOD1 A4V?
- 1Authenticates using the CLARITY_WRITE_API_KEY environment variable
- 2Submits the question to Clarity Protocol's analysis endpoint
- 3Applies clinical focus to prioritize ClinVar and gnomAD data
- 4Retrieves the AI-generated answer synthesized from the aggregated sources
A structured answer covering pathogenicity classification, allele frequency, and relevant literature citations for SOD1 A4V
