Version History
Harden wiki usage policy: wiki calls are now conditional (not default), added outbound request notice, and clarified API-first behavior with minimal-purpose wiki validation.
What This Skill Does
Queries Tarkov.dev GraphQL API and optionally the EFT Wiki to provide structured Escape from Tarkov game data. Covers item prices, ammo stats, quest chains, boss spawns, stash valuation, and trader flip opportunities. Converts raw API output into raid-ready recommendations with configurable security controls.
Combines multiple EFT data lookups into a single CLI workflow with composite outputs like raid-kit posture and map risk scores, avoiding the need to cross-reference multiple browser tabs mid-session.
When to use it
- Check server status before queuing into a raid
- Compare ammo penetration and price for a planned loadout
- Find all prerequisite quests blocking a task chain
- Scan trader flip opportunities for a specific item category
- Get a net-worth snapshot of your current stash inventory
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: What's the best ammo for a Customs run focused on the Gunsmith quest line?
- 1Run `status` to confirm Tarkov backend is healthy
- 2Run `map-bosses --map-name Customs` to identify active boss threats
- 3Run `task-lookup --name gunsmith` to extract quest requirements and map context
- 4Run `ammo-compare` with candidate 5.56 ammo options to score pen, damage, and price
- 5Run `raid-kit --map-name Customs --ammo-names <options> --task-focus gunsmith` to generate posture recommendation
Recommended ammo pick with pen-to-price rationale, boss pressure summary for Customs, ordered Gunsmith prerequisite checklist, and kit posture label (SURVIVE-FIRST / BALANCED / AGGRESSION-WINDOW)
