What This Skill Does
Provides a starter guide for generating AI avatar videos via the HeyGen API. Covers avatar selection, voice assignment, and video format configuration using curl commands. Requires a HeyGen Creator plan or higher.
HeyGen's API lets you generate avatar videos programmatically without screen recording or camera setup.

- 1Retrieve available avatars from GET /v2/avatars
- 2Retrieve available voices from GET /v2/voices
- 3Submit video generation request to POST /v2/video/generate with selected avatar_id, voice_id, input text, and 1280x720 dimensions
- 4Poll GET /v1/video_status.get with the returned video_id until status is complete
