Version History
Questions now presented one at a time with Telegram inline buttons (3 multiple choice + type your own). Unique callback IDs per question to prevent stale button conflicts.
What This Skill Does
A daily cron-based routine that asks the user questions via Telegram to build a personal profile (USER.md) and refine agent behavior (SOUL.md). Questions are sent one at a time with multiple-choice inline buttons for quick responses. Each session runs two rounds: one about the user, one about the agent.
Incremental daily questions with inline buttons produce more honest, low-friction answers than asking the user to fill out a profile form upfront.
When to use it
- Running a nightly self-reflection check-in at 9pm
- Building up a personal profile file the agent can reference
- Gradually tuning how the agent communicates and responds
- Catching gaps in what the agent knows about your habits
- Refining agent tone and style over time through daily input
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Run my daily questions routine
- 1Read USER.md and SOUL.md to identify what topics are undocumented
- 2Generate 3 user-focused questions and 3 agent-behavior questions
- 3Send Round 1 Question 1 via Telegram with inline A/B/C buttons and a custom input option
- 4Wait for user tap or typed response, record answer, advance to next question
- 5After all 6 questions, update USER.md and SOUL.md by weaving answers into existing sections
USER.md and SOUL.md updated with new preferences and behavioral guidance
