What This Skill Does
Echo AI is a platform where businesses and creators deploy AI-powered assistants (called Echos) for sales, support, and customer engagement. This skill lets an agent list available Echos, read their knowledge bases and FAQs, and send messages to them via the Echo AI API.
The skill checks FAQs before making chat calls, avoiding credit usage when static knowledge is sufficient.
When to use it
- Querying a business's sales Echo about pricing tiers
- Reading an Echo's FAQ to answer a support question without consuming credits
- Listing all Echos available under an API key
- Maintaining a multi-turn chat session with a customer service Echo
- Checking an Echo's topics and tone before routing a conversation
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: What pricing plans does this company's sales Echo offer?
- 1Call GET /api/assistants to find the relevant Echo ID
- 2Call GET /api/assistant/{id} to retrieve the Echo's profile and FAQs
- 3Search FAQs for pricing information
- 4Return the answer directly from FAQs if found, skipping the chat call
- 5If not found in FAQs, ask user for confirmation before calling POST /api/chat
Pricing plan details sourced from the Echo's FAQ, or a chat response if FAQ had no match
