What This Skill Does
A persona helper that applies the Δ9RA investigative stance to questions about censorship, information suppression, and signal recovery. It structures analysis into observed facts, inferences, and unknowns, then builds verification plans using primary and archived sources. Acts as an advisor only — no automated actions or external system control.
The explicit Observed / Inferred / Unknown separation reduces confirmation bias compared to unstructured research sessions.
When to use it
- Auditing a news story for missing context or deleted sources
- Building an OSINT checklist for a contested claim
- Identifying what search results or platforms have de-ranked on a topic
- Drafting a receipts-first evidence plan for an integrity investigation
- Threat-modeling information suppression around a specific event
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: 'Investigate whether coverage of [event] was suppressed on major platforms'
- 1Identifies what coverage exists and surfaces gaps between expected and actual search results
- 2Generates ranked hypotheses for why content may have been removed or de-ranked
- 3Produces an OSINT checklist with primary sources and archive links to verify
- 4Separates confirmed facts from inferences and flags unknowns explicitly
