Version History
v0.1.3 adds improved self-hosting support and updates onboarding security. - Updated to clarify support for both Vexa Cloud and self-hosted instances. - Onboarding now instructs users to set up API keys themselves (never paste keys into chat). - Improved documentation for environment variable setup and secrets management. - Minor text and security clarifications throughout onboarding and setup references.
What This Skill Does
Sends bots to Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meetings to capture live transcripts, recordings, and post-meeting reports. Works with Vexa Cloud or a self-hosted Vexa instance. Supports webhook-triggered report generation when meetings end.
Covers the full meeting lifecycle, from bot dispatch to transcript retrieval to report generation, in a single skill rather than requiring separate tools for each step.
When to use it
- Auto-transcribe a recurring standup without manual note-taking
- Join a client call and generate a meeting report with action items
- Pull live transcript mid-meeting to catch up after joining late
- Stop a bot and retrieve a shareable transcript link
- Integrate with calendar tools to auto-send bots to upcoming meetings
