Clean republish, improved README with usage examples

What This Skill Does

A persistent knowledge base that captures everything the user shares as a URL. Automatically processes and saves structured entries with key claims, direct quotes, analysis, tags, and decay tracking. Sources can be searched, cross-referenced, and checked for contradictions over time.

Unlike bookmark managers, it stores the actual reasoning and claims from each source so retrieval is useful months later without re-reading the original.

When to use it

  • Recalling a specific article shared weeks ago on a topic
  • Finding contradictions between two research sources
  • Building a reading queue for URLs to process later
  • Synthesizing saved sources into a summary on a topic
  • Tracking which source influenced a past decision

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
