Version History
Major rewrite: split referrals into separate skill, organizer skill now focused on vendor search, event management, inquiries, invoices, saved vendors, profile. Removed proactive referral triggers and social outreach guidance.
What This Skill Does
PopUp Organizer connects to the PopUp platform to search and hire mobile vendors for events. It handles the full booking workflow: finding vendors, creating event listings, sending inquiries, reviewing applications, and tracking invoices.
Manages the entire vendor hiring cycle in one place instead of manually browsing profiles, emailing vendors, and tracking payments separately.
When to use it
- Finding food trucks available in a specific city for a corporate lunch
- Sending booking inquiries to DJs for a wedding
- Creating an event listing and reviewing vendor applications
- Checking which invoices are outstanding after a festival
- Saving a favorite photo booth vendor for future events
