Setup & Installation
Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
What This Skill Does
Monitors the OpenClaw workspace for file changes and automatically attaches new or updated documentation files to Telegram messages. Handles .html, .md, and .txt files by copying them to /tmp before sending via the message tool.
Eliminates the manual step of attaching files to Telegram by triggering on file system events rather than requiring an explicit send command.
When to use it
- Sharing updated HTML reports with a Telegram team channel
- Auto-delivering generated markdown docs after a build step
- Sending updated README files without manual copy-paste
- Distributing .txt log summaries to a Telegram bot
- Attaching changelogs to Telegram on each file save
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: 'Attach the latest report.html to the channel whenever it updates'
- 1Skill watches the OpenClaw workspace directory for file creation or modification events
- 2Detects report.html has changed
- 3Copies report.html to /tmp with a unique filename to avoid conflicts
- 4Calls the message tool with the filePath parameter pointing to the /tmp copy
report.html is delivered as a Telegram file attachment automatically on each update
