Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
What This Skill Does
Automates web form interactions using Playwright, covering login flows, file uploads, text input, and form submission. Handles session management via cookies and localStorage, and compresses images to WebP before upload for reliability.
Using pressSequentially instead of fill() and force-clicking buttons handles the event-triggering edge cases that cause silent failures in naive Playwright scripts.
When to use it
- Uploading images to AI video generation tools
- Submitting data to web apps that lack an API
- Re-authenticating and re-submitting forms with saved session cookies
- Automating repetitive form fills across multiple records
- Testing form behavior in headless browser environments
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: submit a video generation form with two images and a prompt, using a saved session
- 1Load session.json and apply cookies and localStorage to the browser context
- 2Navigate to the form URL and wait for the page to load
- 3Compress input images to WebP, then upload them sequentially with wait intervals
- 4Type the prompt into the textarea using pressSequentially to trigger input events
- 5Force-click the submit button and take a screenshot of the result
Form submitted successfully; result.png saved showing the post-submission page state
